Active in the jewelry industry for over 20 years, Kathleen has built a strong reputation for providing top-notch jewelry appraisal services to residents and professionals in Southern California. She holds prestigious titles including ASA Accredited Senior Appraiser and MGA Master Gemologist Appraiser, and she plays a key role as President of the American Society of Appraisers, San Diego Chapter.
Kathleen founded and operates Cal Coast Jewelry Appraisers Inc., an independent gemological laboratory and mobile appraisal service in Carlsbad, California. Her company specializes in jewelry and watch appraisals for insurance, estate tax, charitable donation, equitable distribution, liquidation, expert witness, and litigation support. To ensure excellence and quality assurance, Kathleen requires her team of certified appraisers to maintain a minimum of 100 accredited hours of continued education every five years.
