I Just recently had my wedding ring + band appraised here. I dropped it off and it was ready in a few days. The gal that I worked with was super friendly and helpful. I received a full report upon completion for insurance purposes. The price of $95 was reasonable in my opinion. I will definitely use them again for any appraisal needs in the future. I went to see and had my family’s jewelries appraised by Kathleen about a month ago. Kathleen is a very nice person. I explained to her why I’m selling my jewelries, she understood my situation and she worked well around my budget . She included a hard copy of the jewelries that I had her appraised and even recommended me to businesses who will buy jewelries.

Wow! Elly was FANTASTIC! So nice, friendly, capable, and FAST, too! I was nervous about getting an appraisal but she was exceedingly professional and my appraisal was emailed to me the next day! Perfect experience!

Great service! I went to Cal Coastal to get a recently purchased ring appraised for insurance purposes, and they saved me from getting ripped off after purchasing a Tiffany and Co. ring, which had the center gemstone stone replaced with glass!!! I was able to return it and get my money back!!!Amazing service!! I highly recommend them.
